Our platform ensures complete transparency in fee structuring. All applicable fees related to transaction processing are clearly displayed for user convenience. It is important to note that different payment methods may incur distinct fee structures. We strongly advise our users to review and understand these fees thoroughly before initiating any transaction process on our platform.
Exchange Rates
We facilitate payments in a diverse range of currencies, converting them to USD based on current market rates. The execution of these exchange services is handled either by Caxton.io or Quivix.io, depending on the chosen payment method by the user. This flexibility in currency acceptance and conversion is part of our commitment to accommodating a global user base.
Visa/Mastercard Payments
For deposits made through Visa or Mastercard, a processing fee is applied. In the case of withdrawals, the amount is returned to the original card as a partial refund of the deposited sum. However, it is pertinent to note that withdrawals exceeding the original deposited amount must be processed through bank wire transfer, as it is not feasible to credit an amount to a card that exceeds the initial transaction value. Moreover, our system cannot process payments into a card, only into a bank. In scenarios where the withdrawal amount surpasses the deposit, the process may involve two steps: refunding the original deposit to the card and transferring any additional profit via bank wire.
Bank Wire Transfers
Our platform accepts bank wire transfers in three currencies: GBP, EUR, and USD. For GBP and EUR, conversions into USD are done at the prevailing market rate through our exchange partner Caxton.io. This provision ensures flexibility and convenience for users transacting in different currencies.
Withdrawals
When it comes to withdrawals, priority is given to card payments, especially in cases where multiple deposit methods have been used. This prioritization ensures a streamlined and efficient withdrawal process for our users.
